Phone is the fastest way to get a rat problem looked at, and for anything happening right now it is the only sensible one. A rat loose in the kitchen at midnight does not want a contact form.

Have these three ready

• What you are hearing. Scratching, running, gnawing, or thumping.
• Where in the house. Over a bedroom, over the kitchen, in a wall, near the garage.
• What time of night. Just after dark, the middle of the night, or during the day.

Those three answers usually name the species before anyone arrives, which shortens everything that follows. If you have already set traps, mention where you put them.

What is covered

Roof rats, Norway rats, and house mice. Removal, trapping, exclusion and sealing, attic cleanup, dead rat removal, emergency calls, and commercial work.

What is not

Roaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, and larger wildlife such as squirrels, raccoons, and opossums. For those you want a general pest route or a wildlife operator, and it is better to know that now than after a call.
